Feeling brave? There are adrenaline-fuelled thrills for the adventurous including Aerial Tree Trekking and the High Ropes Challenge, where you can swing through the trees on ropes and descend on a zip wire.
Feeling really brave? At Elveden Forest and Woburn Forest, The Drop has arrived. Here you can test your nerve by leaping from a 15-metre tall tower on a zip wire, free-fall with a harness, or jump on to a giant air bag.

Here the temperature is always a balmy 29.5C and there are slides and flumes for all ages to enjoy, plus a wave pool and Wild Water Rapids that carry you outside the pool along a series of dips and dives.
